Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are screenwriters (BAD SANTA, JUNGLE CRUISE) and directors (CRAZY STUPID LOVE, FOCUS, WHISKY TANGO FOXTROT). Under their banner Zaftig Films, they have produced THE SINNER, and PATRIOT. They were nominated for a WGA award for their debut film, I LOVE YOU PHILLIP MORRIS and served as Directors and Executive Producers on the hit shows THIS IS US, WECRASHED, and most recently, PARADISE. 

Julia Grove - ACE Eddie nomination in 2021 for her work on the award-winning NBC drama This Is Us, a series she is honored to have been a part of for its entire six-season run. Her initial editorial calling came while at Boston University when she realized she was thriving in a dim, windowless basement with only a Steenbeck and 16mm reels to guide her. Since then Julia has edited numerous unscripted and scripted shows over the years, including The Bachelor/Bachelorette, Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, This Is Us, A Man in Full, and most recently Paradise for Hulu. She is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild’s Women’s Steering Committee, an alumna of the ACE Diversity Mentorship Program, and was inducted into the honorary society of American Cinema Editors (ACE) in 2021. In between cuts Julia enjoys freeze dance parties with her husband and two young sons. Sometimes the cats join in.
